constructed as our bigger whiskey and wine
barrels. Made from American white oak and double riveted galvanized steel hoops. These
are all clear, sap-free, medium toast wine and char whiskey barrels. These
barrels are not in stock, they are hand made to order. Because of the great demand for these barrels, be prepared to wait

| Before You Use Your New Barrel Prior
to use, cure the barrel by filling it with hot water. Allow 3 to 5 days
for the barrel to completely seal. Once sealed, fill the barrel with
your favorite spirit and place the bung in tightly. Age to taste. To
stop the aging process transfer the liquid to a glass container. Then
clean the barrel and begin again. Barrels left empty will dry out.
